Meet The Founder
Kilimanjaro Empire was founded by john Michael Malando, an African child who wanted to share his passion for wildlife conservation, community developments, wonders, and adventures of his country with others. At a very young age, John was introduced to the national parks by his parents who have been working as wildlife officers around different national parks in Tanzania including Kilimanjaro National Park, Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, and Rubondo National Park just to mention. John developed his love for tour adventures and conservation as he lived and spent his childhood and his teen into the bush. He later went to the College of African Wildlife Management (C.A.W.M) and archived his first degree in wildlife tourism. John has now founded Kilimanjaro Empire Mountain Tours & Travel Ltd Company as a way to share the excitements, adventures, and wonders in his country that he has lived and learned in his entire life
